A few things have a faster answer elsewhere.

Checking whether a certificate is genuine

You don't need us. Enter the reference on the verification page and you'll see the holder, the course, the hours, and the date of issue.

Training for a team

Use the team enquiry form instead — it asks the things we need to know, so we can come back with something useful rather than a request for more detail.

Prefer email?

Write to hello@cpt.com.hk. The form is easier for us to track, but either reaches the same place.

Response times

We read everything ourselves and usually reply within one business day. We're in Hong Kong, so if you write in the European or American evening, expect a reply the following morning our time.
